Each time Pamela sees her mother she notices a new wrinkle or she tells her of a new ailment, the changing nature.
Pamela Boland is an emerging photographer based in Perth, Western Australia. Her works attempt to interrogate 'the every day', adolescence, family, and the notion of public and private histories. Informed by an obsession with family photo albums that followed her well into her teens and remains a practice today, Pamela attempts to preserve and document those around her in a diary-entry-like fashion. She has completed a Bachelor of Arts at Curtin University majoring in Journalism and minoring in Photography.
