Turning around to escape the blustery wind hitting Little Hellfire bay, a flustered Sven happened upon this sight. It turned out to be much nicer than the intended typical beach shot. He waited for the car to come around and give the frame a pinch of dynamism.
Sven is an emerging photographer and visual artist who has had a lifelong passion for capturing moments with the camera in his hand. He sees the wonder of the mundane, the drama of the every day, and the humour of the natural world, and translates this to a visual story. Sven shoots both 35 mm film and digital cameras, but his overall body of work tends towards film, due to the slowed-down nature of the format. When he's not writing bio's in the third person, he's arranging objects, friends and the scenery to best use the light available to him, just to test the patience of those nearby. Sven has fun with photos and sees no reason why anyone else can't have as much fun taking them as he does.
